Jace S. Nye, AGACNP-BC, is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in adult and geriatric acute care. He completed a bachelor's degree in nursing from Weber State University. After years of working in home health, inpatient and emergency medicine as a registered nurse, Jace continued his education at the University of Utah earning a doctorate of nursing practice.

Jace is fascinated with the study of the heart and loves to help patients improve their heart health as it gives them the opportunity to live their life to the fullest. He believes that all patients are unique and deserve care and support that reflects their individual needs. As each individual patient is empowered with knowledge and choice they will be able to help make the medical decisions that are best for them.

One of Jace's greatest strengths as a provider is connecting with patients to work as a team and accomplish their goals. He takes a holistic approach to all patient care, accessing his experience and training as a nurse to help benefit all of his patients.

In his free time, Jace enjoys reading, exercise, outdoor activities like white water rafting and mountain climbing as well as golf. However, his greatest pastime is raising his two kids with his wife and enjoying great moments together.
