Lung diagnostic tests we offer

Our specialists use cutting-edge methods to measure lung and breathing function, diagnose sleep and lung problems, and biopsy abnormal areas of the lung.

Some of these tests include:

  • Pulmonary function tests: common test to investigate breathing function and monitor lung function
  • Sleep studies: analyze sleep to identify any nighttime breathing disorders like sleep apnea
  • Thoracentesis: procedure to draw off fluid from around the lung to both provide breathing relief and diagnose abnormalities
  • Bronchoscopy: endoscopic procedure to biopsy and diagnose abnormalities in the lungs
  • Navigational robotic bronchoscopy: advanced bronchoscopy using state-of-the-art technology to biopsy abnormal lung nodules
