Jenna Madsen, OB/GYN, completed her undergraduate degrees in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology and Psychology at the University of Colorado- Boulder, and then attended medical school at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, CO. She completed her residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, NY where she trained and served as chief resident.
From a young age, Dr. Madsen has had a joy for volunteering and an intrigue in science. Medicine has allowed her to bridge both interests in a way to help others.
Dr. Madsen believes that patient care is a team effort between providers, patients, and staff. She nourishes a physician-patient relationship by keeping patients at the center of her care with open dialogue and communication between the patient care team. This cultivates an environment where she can guide and teach each patients based on patient’s concerns and requests.
Growing up in Colorado with the outdoors as her playground, Dr. Madsen is excited to be back in an area where skiing, hiking, and the great outdoors are at her fingertips.
