About

Fritz Bech, MD, MS, FACS is a board certified vascular surgeon with more than 30 years of experience treating patients across the United States. Dr. Bech received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania before completing a general surgery residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire and a vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals. He later completed a Master of Science Degree in Epidemiology at Stanford University.

Dr. Bech has received multiple awards throughout his career and served as system-wide Chief of Surgery at Kennedy Health Systems in New Jersey. He has extensive experience in a wide-range of vascular treatments and procedures as well as unique experience in complex surgical reconstructions that are sometimes required for the most severe patterns of arterial disease.

Dr. Bech's goal is to meet the needs of each patient as an individual while striving for technical perfection in surgery. He thrives in listening to his patients and matching a treatment that will meet their individual needs through a comprehensive approach. Dr. Bech loves that he can often help his patients feel better immediately after treatment and that he usually has the privilege of caring for patients over many years.

In his free time, Dr. Bech is doing his best to become a credible bluegrass guitar and banjo player. He also enjoys gardening, hiking with family, reading and trying to stay fit!
