About

Kristie A. N. Palfreyman, a board certified family nurse practitioner, has been in the nursing field for more than 30 years. She decided after 20 years, that she could make a greater difference in patients' lives by advancing her degree and certification. She attended Weber State University for her undergraduate work, and studied at Frontier Nursing University for her Masters in Nursing degree.

Kristie feels strongly that caring for patients is an art, and one that should be tailored to each person's individual needs and desires. She believes in the power of a plant-based diet, oftentimes, improving the quality of the diet can improve and/or reverse illness. A believer in evidence-based practice, you can be assured that you are getting the quality care you need.

Raised in Utah, with the exception of 5 years spent in Japan during her early years. Kristie enjoys the outdoors, rock hounding, hiking and camping. She also enjoys lapidary, metal smithing, and creative art expression. Her family includes her husband (Scott), four daughters, two son-in-laws, and the cutest, smartest, red-headed granddaughter in the world.
