About
Peter Forstall, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and cardiac electrophysiology. His interests include treating patients with arrhythmias (abnormally fast of slow heart rhythms), which includes pacemakers, defibrillators, and ablations.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, where he also completed his medical degree at the School of Medicine. After he graduated, he completed his internship and residency program in internal medicine at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center. Subsequently, he completed 2 fellowship programs at the Texas Heart Institute, Baylor College of Medicine; one in cardiology and the other in cardiac electrophysiology.
In his spare time, Dr. Forstall enjoys outdoor activities including skiing, mountain biking, traveling, and hiking in as many National Parks as possible.
